The 120 minute session is a full therapeutic experience ideal for clients managing complex or chronic pain, those who want whole body attention without anything being rushed, or anyone who simply knows they need extended time to fully unwind and reset. With two full hours, we can address the whole body thoughtfully, layer techniques as needed, and close with nervous system integration so you leave feeling genuinely restored. This is the session for when you're serious about feeling better.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle, specialized technique that supports your body's lymphatic system reducing swelling, promoting healing, and encouraging the natural movement of fluid through the body. It is commonly sought after surgery, injury, or medical treatment, and is also deeply effective for immune support, chronic inflammation, and stress related conditions. Sessions are slow, intentional, and profoundly relaxing. Laura is trained in MLD and works with clients at all stages of recovery and wellness.

As a seasoned healer, I find a 60-minute Reiki session offers profound restoration. We begin with a brief chat to set your intention, creating a safe space for your healing. You'll then relax, fully clothed, on a massage table. I'll gently place my hands on or above your body, allowing Universal Life Force Energy to flow. Clients often experience deep relaxation, warmth, tingling, or emotional release. My intuitive guidance directs the energy, promoting balance. Afterward, we'll discuss your experience, and I'll offer tips for integrating the shifts. It's a powerful journey of self-discovery and inner harmony.
