Every session at Golden Oak begins with you. Before we start, we'll briefly check in about what your body needs that day, whether that's relief from chronic tension, help with a specific area of pain, or simply time to decompress. Drawing from myofascial release, trigger point therapy, Swedish massage, neuromuscular therapy, and Reiki informed touch, your session is tailored in the moment to give you the most effective 60 minutes possible. This is therapeutic massage designed to actually make a difference not just feel good while you're on the table.

When your body needs more than a quick reset, the 90 minute session gives us the time and space to go deeper. We'll address multiple areas of concern — whether that's chronic pain patterns, post-activity tension, or stress held throughout the whole body. Using a personalized blend of myofascial release, trigger point therapy, pin and stretch, neuromuscular therapy, sports massage, and Swedish technique, this session allows for thorough, unhurried work that your nervous system can actually receive. Most clients find the 90 minute session to be their sweet spot for lasting relief.

$95.00 deposit required for new clients

The 120 minute session is a full therapeutic experience ideal for clients managing complex or chronic pain, those who want whole body attention without anything being rushed, or anyone who simply knows they need extended time to fully unwind and reset. With two full hours, we can address the whole body thoughtfully, layer techniques as needed, and close with nervous system integration so you leave feeling genuinely restored. This is the session for when you're serious about feeling better.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle, specialized technique that supports your body's lymphatic system reducing swelling, promoting healing, and encouraging the natural movement of fluid through the body. It is commonly sought after surgery, injury, or medical treatment, and is also deeply effective for immune support, chronic inflammation, and stress related conditions. Sessions are slow, intentional, and profoundly relaxing. Laura is trained in MLD and works with clients at all stages of recovery and wellness.
